Everything You Need To Know Before Class
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a clean, welcoming, and respectful studio environment. Please review the policies below before your visit.
Before You Arrive
A few simple reminders help every class begin on time, stay safe, and feel seamless for everyone in the room.
Grip Socks Required
We are a shoe-free studio. For the safety and hygiene of all clients, grip socks are required during every class.
Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if you need a pair.
Studio Entry
New clients must arrive 10 minutes early to prepare for class and get familiar with the studio.
- Sign a liability waiver
- Familiarize yourself with the reformer
- Purchase grip socks if needed
- Inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after class has started will not be admitted.
Cancellation Policy
Please cancel with enough notice so waitlisted clients have the opportunity to join class.
Class Reservations Must Be Cancelled 12 Hours In Advance
Reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to allow waitlisted clients the opportunity to join class.
- Loss of a class credit
- OR $20 fee for Unlimited Membership reservations
- $20 fee
- OR loss of a class credit
We kindly ask that you respect your instructor’s time and your fellow clients by cancelling within the 12-hour window.
Booking, Waitlist & Expirations
These policies help keep class spots fair, organized, and available for clients who genuinely plan to attend.
Waitlist Policy
Please only add yourself to the waitlist for classes you genuinely intend to attend.
To avoid overbooking, please do not waitlist for multiple classes on the same day.
Membership & Class Package Expirations
- 10 Class Pack — 3 months
- 20 Class Pack — 6 months
- Unlimited Membership — 6 months
- 8x per Month Autopay — 3 months
If your classes expire and you purchase a new class pack, any remaining classes may be added to your new package.
Freezes, Referrals & Refunds
Please review these account and purchase policies before buying packages, retail items, or memberships.
Referral Policy
Refer a friend or family member who purchases a full-price package and receive $50 off your next purchase.
This discount may also be applied toward an Unlimited Membership Autopay plan.
Account Freezes
Memberships may be frozen or expiration dates extended for one month at a rate of $50.
- Freeze requests must be submitted prior to your billing date
- Limited to one month per request
Refund Policy
All group class and private session sales are final and non-transferable.
Retail items may be returned if they are unworn, with original tags attached, and within 7 days of purchase.
Lost Or Stolen Items
We encourage clients to bring only what they need for class and keep valuables safely at home.
Personal Belongings
My Pilates Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We recommend bringing only essential items into the studio and leaving valuables at home.
