For over a decade, MPS has been rooted in one belief: Reformer Pilates should be personal. 💛

In our Boca Studio, we are taking that philosophy to a whole other level with Private, Duet, and Semi-Private Reformer sessions capped at just 3 clients per session!!!

NO LARGE CLASSES.
NO WAITLISTS.

Just expert, hands-on instruction focused on you and your goals. 💪✨

Whether you are brand new or experienced on the Reformer, each full-body session is intentionally catered to your level and goals.

By request we incorporate strength training, cardio jump board, Yoga-Pilates fusion, Pilates for Golf & Tennis, flexibility and mobility — all thoughtfully tailored to you. 🏌️‍♀️🎾
