Our Policies

Grip Socks Required

We are a shoe-free studio. For both safety and to maintain clean studio hygiene, all clients are required to wear grip socks during class.

Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.

Studio Entry

New clients must arrive 10 minutes early to:

  • Sign a liability waiver
  • Familiarize yourself with the reformer
  • Purchase grip socks (if needed)
  • Inform your instructor of any injuries or limitations

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes after the start of class will not be admitted.

If you anticipate being late, please call or text the studio. Otherwise, your spot may be given to a client on standby.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance to allow waitlisted clients to join class.

Late Cancellations:

  • Loss of a class credit
  • OR $20 fee (Unlimited Membership reservations)

No-Show:

  • $20 fee
  • OR loss of class credit

Please be respectful to our studio, instructors, and fellow clients by cancelling before the 12-hour window.

Waitlist Policy: Please only waitlist for classes you intend to attend. To avoid overbooking, do not waitlist for multiple classes in one day.

Membership & Class Package Expirations:

  • 10 Class Pack – 3 months
  • 20 Class Pack – 6 months
  • Unlimited Membership – 6 months
  • 8x/Month Autopay – 3 months

If classes expire and a new class pack is purchased, remaining classes may be added to your new package.

All class packs and contracts have expiration dates.

Referral Policy

Refer a friend or family member who purchases a full-price package and receive $50 off your next purchase.

This discount may also be applied toward Unlimited Membership Autopay.

Account Freezes

Memberships may be frozen or expiration dates extended for one month at a rate of $50.

  • Freeze requests must be submitted prior to your billing date
  • Limited to one month per request
Refund Policy

All group class and private session sales are final and non-transferable.

Retail items may be returned:

  • Unworn
  • With original tags attached
  • Within 7 days of purchase
Lost or Stolen Items

My Pilates Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

We recommend bringing only essential items into the studio and leaving valuables at home.
